What Causes Extreme Fatigue Despite Having Fibromyalgia?

I have extreme fatigue. I mean very extreme. I m taking medicine for thyroid trouble and I have fibromyalgia for years that Ive learned to deal with but this is like when I was eighteen and hepatitis without the nausea. I have a slow heart beat... I don t know if I need to get blood work done or go to a heart doctor

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with extreme fatigue following a history of fibromyalgia I am suggesting strongly you have developed Myopathy (weakness of the muscles)

In view of this please take the following Tablet thiamine multivitamin

Concerning your hepatitis you have to see a specialist hepatologist for expert management

Your experience with slow heart rate on thyroxine medication yes you have to schedule an appointment with a cardiologist specialist for a definitive treatment

I hope this helps Regards
I find this answer helpful
