What Causes Extreme Fatigue, Dizziness And Distorted Vision?

Hello, I have been suffering from extreme fatigue, dizziness, distorted vision in the mid-afternoon/early evening for a few weeks. It usually comes right after lunch time and lasts until I get home around 6 o clock. Sometimes it s accompanied by confusion, slurred speech, and intense migraine. I have been plagued by pressure headaches my entire life. I am wondering about any possible diagnoses as it s beginning to frighten me!
