What Causes Extreme Fatigue, Dizziness And Nausea?
Hello... For the past few weeks I have been feeling super tired... I can barely get up in the morning and by 8pm I want to be in bed... I have trouble concentrating at work, my memory is horrible... I m dizzy, weak, nauseous and I have noticed lately that my legs and hand will randomly start shaking...and there is no much thing as too hot for me because I m constantly cold. Any help or suggestions?

As a preliminary work up I want to rule out following diagnosis as per your history......
-b12 deficiency
-iron deficiency anemia
-thyroid problem esp hypothyroid
-if congestive symptoms than viral infection can be cause
Your examination has to be done and investigate with......
1.CBC
2.Peripheral smear examination
3.Serum TSH
4.Serum free t4
5.CRP etc...
According to cause further treatment guidance given
Take care
Advise : physician consultation
