What Causes Extreme Fatigue Followed By Paralyzed Feeling?
ll last week last week I went to the emergency room because I could hardly move I have no energy they did a blood test I said there was nothing in the blood that showed anything yesterday morning driving to work I started feeling weird I pulled over and lay down and was stuck there paralyzed for 15 hours I would like to know what would cause this I basically work seven days a week very hot varmint all day sweat all day
Hello, I really appreciate your concern. You work for seven days a week in hot and humid atmosphere with excessive sweating which leads to constant loss of water and electrolytes from your body. Excessive loss and imbalance of electrolyte in the body could be the cause for your fatigue and tiredness. In severe imbalance your body can be paralyzed also. For that loss, your body should be filled with more amount of electrolytes. I advise you to have small electrolyte rich drinks in between work. There are many preparations of energy and electrolyte drinks available in the market for the same purpose. More you sweat, more you should have water with electrolyte. Hope my answer has solved your query. Take Care. Thank you.
