Extreme fatigue even though can at times be traced to some of your habits or routines, there are many medical conditions that may make you feel that way.They include: Anemia,diabetes,
chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic infection/inflammation, liver or kidney diseases, hyper/
hypothyroidism,
inflammatory bowel disease, multiple sclerosis, obesity, stress,
sleep apnea, cancer, depression, anxiety, drugs like antidepressants alcohol/drugs.
There are just so many possible causes.I will advise you see the Doctor for evaluation and work-ups.Work-ups like full blood count, blood sugar, serum electrolytes, liver/kidney/
thyroid function tests, infectious work-ups depending on clinical orientation may help in initial evaluation.
I will advise you eat well and balanced in essential nutrients and in good proportions,take fruits, exercise regularly.
