What Causes Extreme Fatigue, Lightheadedness And Lack Of Energy?
Hi, I have not been feeling myself the last month or so. I have been superbly exhausted, light headed, feel like I have no energy. I got my period last month it lasted 2 days, I got my period this month and it lasted 2 1/2 - 3 days. I took a pregnancy test last month prior to this months cycle and it was negative. Please help me, I don t know what could be wrong

I would advise you to have some basic tests to make sure all is well.
- CBC to rule anemia
- TSH to check the thyroid
- basic metabolic profile: creatinine and electrolytes, ALT, AST, Bilirubin, fasting sugar, lipids, etc.
