What Causes Extreme Fatigue Post Cervical Radiology Surgery?

Good afternoon, September 17 I underwent cervical radiology surgery. I am experiencing fatigue suddenly 2 days ago. I am off the oxy pain pills and I only take neuronton naproxin metropinal wellburtrin and celexa along with trazadone. I am a bit worried about the exhaustion, please advise

I really appreciate your concern, if the pain is concern then it has to be treated with NSAID only, no need to use the potent analgesic, else the fatigue could be due to stress and pain no need to worry about hope this information helps.
