General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of getting sick, feeling heated, tired, headache, tingling in hands and feet, backache, dizziness and can not catch breath. Wants to know whether to go to ER.
All symptoms are suggestive of some sort of infection, can be viral or bacterial.
Hence consulting a Doctor is a good idea as he known the sort of infection in going on in population and if he feels viral you will be treated symptomatically.
If bacterial infection or any other thing is suspected then you will also be subjected to tests of blood and urine and others as needed or proper clinical evaluation, examination.
Antibiotics may be added if required.
You will need symptomatic treatment with Paracetamol or Ibuprofen and other medications as needed.
If your Doctor is not available immediately then better to go to ER for the same.
Take full rest, take plenty of oral fluids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
