What Causes Extreme Fatigue While Suffering From Hashimoto S Disease?

Hello, this is Nilvi. I ve been diagnosed with Hashimoto Disease at 11 (I m now 48) and have been treated with Syntrhoid since then. I haven t found an endocrinologist who could REALLY LISTEN to my symptoms for the lab results are on the normal range . My last lab says my T4 was 9.89 and TSH 0.74. I was on 112 mcc and the dosis was lowered to 100. I mean very frustrated since I have read that the numbers are not necessarily related to symptoms. I have been feeling extremely tired for all my life, specially in the mornings which has caused me problems with my jobs. I m on antidepressants but the tiredness and foghiness is still.
