General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Do a thyroid function test (TFT) and make sure that your hormonal status is within the normal range. Both hypo and hyperthyroidism can cause similar symptoms.
If the thyroid status is altered, necessary dose adjustments may be required.
Also drugs like antihistamine used for nasal congestion can lead to dizziness and fatigue.
As of now, drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
