Hop out of bed....take a short stroll out in the fresh air.. in the park/ garden.
Eat well.... fruits and drinks lots of water...fresh fruit juices and avoid snacking/ canned food.
I wouldnt advise you to pop in multivitamins.
rather i would say have a balanced diet... anything you like... yoghurt, meat, fish, green vegetables, spinach.....all this is essential...
Not having a balanced diet or not having adequate food can make you feel tired.
now... meantime get acomplete blood count done... if your
haemoglobin levels are fine, thats wonderful.If not.... something to boost your iron stores like
orofer can help.This also could be a reason for fatigue.
Get your blood pressure, blood
glucose and ECG and
thyroid profile checked.
If all is well, then you ARE well...
Get up and get moving.Theres aworld waiting outside for you.
Have a regular diet, and try not to take mutivitamins or instant energisers.
