Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello. I had blood work today due to the fact that I mentioned to my dr. that I was exhausted-not tired. She immediately ordered a cbc with no diff. I just found out that my blood work came back perfect according to the nurse. I had all of the symptoms of anemia. Happy to say I am not. What else would cause me to be so tired? It started about 5 months ago. I thought maybe I had low iron as well. Please help me out with this. Thank you.
Hi, Now that cbc has come out normal and anaemia is ruled out ,the test you have to do is Thyroid test..change in thyroid levels can cause fatigue...age is also a factor...but those details are not given... so get a thyroid function test done.
