Stress can be caused by lack of proper sleep,
indigestion,
anxiety or mood swings due to negative people, etc. To prevent headache avoid stress. Avoid exposure to bright light, take food in proper time, do not skip meals, stay well hydrated. Take adequate amount of water and fluids. For relieve you can take
acetaminophen. Triptans work well for
migraine headache. Take medicines after food.
Take short breaks amidst work to relax. Do regular head and neck exercises. Stomach pain occurs due to
food allergy, food sensitivity or
food intolerance. Take PPIs, for relief. Antacids also work well. Take food that is easily digestible and fresh, home made. Avoid intake of packaged & processed food. Loss of appetite is mostly due to liver dysfunction. Get liver function tests done to rule out liver enlargement or any other developing pathology. You will be accordingly treated.
Since your friend loses her voice at night, so she should gargle with salt water two to three times a day. Give voice rest and take liquid or semi solid food for a couple of days. It should improve, if her throat problem continues then she should get clinically examined by a local ENT, she may need to get few tests and a course of antibiotics.
