What Causes Extreme Joint Pain And Fatigue While Suffering From Graves Disease?

I have extreme joint pain, fatigue, difficulty sleeping probably d/t pain. I have Graves{Hypothyroid), work 12 hour night shift, high stress. Have had a positive Lupus and a negative Lupus screen in the past. What does it look like and suggestions if possible
