Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my wife had some kind of episode where she was laying on the ground crying. she told me that he body hurt all over and that she was having some visions of demons attacking her. Lately she has been having extreme mood swings where she will go into a rage for about 1 hr. I asked her about the demons and she said that it has happened before. I also have found her lying about things that have no reason to lie about and when I try to prove that she is lying she gets extremely hurt and cries. I think there is very wrong.
She needs to be seen and assessed by her doctor. He or she would likely initially suggest blood tests to make sure that the behavior changes are not related to any abnormal blood values.
If these are found to be normal then she may be referred to a psychologist or psychiatrist for assessment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Michelle Gibson James
