What Causes Extreme Mood Swings When Diagnosed With Bipolar Disorder And BPD?
Hi, I suffer from bi polar 1 and bpd. I have been keeping a record of my moods and have noticed they can flip from the extremes through out the day, I ve been reading about rapid cycling but that is every few weeks according to the Info I have found online. So is mine rapid cycling or something else?
