What Causes Extreme Nausea And Fall In Temperature?

Hello, it is 3am. I have been nauseated for the last few hours and fell asleep in my recliner. I awoke to extreme nausea and to having to vomit. My stomach feels better but I'm freezing and have a splitting headache and am a dizzy. I took my temperature and it was 92.7 I put on 2 pair of socks and got under 2 blankets. It's now 95.2. What's going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to healthcare magic.

I understand your concern.
Would like to know for how long has nausea sensation been there, and are you
having any night shifts or working for long night hours.
Being awake for long hours at night can lead to increased stomach acid levels as the sleep cycle gets disturbed.

I would advice you to take antacids once a day before breakfast.
Maintain a good dietary lifestyle.
have plenty of fluids and fruits.
Take adequate rest and try to sleep early.

Inspite of all these measures even if symptoms persists then it would require check up by local doctor.
Hope i have answered your queries.

Thanks.
Regards
