What Causes Extreme Pain In Back.ribs And Chest?
Okay, so yesterday I woke up and felt as if I was beaten in my sleep. It was so painful but I didn t think much of it, however it makes me drowsy and fatigued. The pain is located in my ribs and wraps around my back, occasionally it will go up to my chest. It makes it very difficult for me to breathe and it feels like something heavy is squeezing my ribs when I take deep breathes, laugh or even cough. What s going on with me? May you please provide me with some comprehension of my pains?

Stabbing pain in the back should suggest aortic aneurysm, but in your case the pain is not confined to a particular site and pain during laughing and coughing is suggestive of pleurisy, so better to take an chest X-ray and get a pulmonologist's opinion.
