hip replacement then the unbearable pain, tests like X-rays, fluid from joint, bone scan done.
As per the history your have provided you already have gout and arthritis and hip replacement surgery entails only a part of the hip replaced and the other structures remain there only. Hence it is of utmost important to get a proper management of the gout and arthritis which may help for pain relief also.
Search for
autoimmune disease and get treated properly.
Local CT scan or MRI if the replacement material allows can tell any local problem like
fibrosis and deposits around hip that can cause such pains.
Neurological involvement also has to be considered for unbearable pain and treated if suspected with medications like
Amitriptyline and so on.
Give rest to the part for recovery to occur.
Consult pain management clinics if indicated.
