What Causes Extreme Pain In Sides Of Back With Elevated BP And Frequent Urination?

Hey, I am a 20 year old female, I have had horrible pain on each side of my back where my kidneys are located for about 3 weeks now, it s constant, gradually gets worse throughout the day, my blood pressure has been through the roof, I ve had horrible headaches, neck pain, and the urge to urinate all the time, my urine has also been very clear for some reason, also chills, and fatigue. Not sure what could be wrong..

I really appreciate your concern, symptoms could be suggestive of some muscular pain and if differential possibilities being taken into consideration then it could be a infection meanwhile it can be tried with "Disodium hydrogen citrate liquid" 20 mg three times in day, "Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen" sos no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
