What Causes Extreme Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?
I have extreme burning pain in my lower right abdominal / groin area that comes and goes, I can feel a lump in that area that seems like it moves if I push on it. Very painful when it comes on, usually do to to much walking or just being on my feet. The burning sensation extremely painful! Any thoughts? Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, the most common condition of this symptoms would be hyperacidity and it can be given try with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day, if the symptoms persist then it may need investigation and plain x-ray abdomen, Ultrasonography is must, hope this information helps.
