What Causes Extreme Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?

I wife is 76 hree days ago she developed extreme pain and lower right side could not turn over It took about a day she was finally able to turn left side she had no appetite could not eat is in extreme pain and this is the third day she has Extreme pain and has developed nausea we think it is possible stomach poisoning or the flu she had sweats at the beginning and and possibly some fever but now she just wants to sleep now feeling nauseous advise

Hi, I think she can be having appendicitis. Get her examined by a surgeon to confirm the diagnosis. She may need a ultrasound also. Give her some anti-emetic and pain killers.
