What Causes Extreme Pain In The Upper Middle Back?

Hey doctor, when i tap my upper middle back , very gentle tap, not even hard, there is a extremely hard pain in my back at a point! But when i press that same point or really hit it ! There is not pain. And usually it keeps paining like a pin at that point

1. Before going deeply let us rule out all common pathophysiology

2. Do full blood count with differential

3. To rule out back strain take Combiflam tabs

4. Check your Urine (RE/ME)5)

5. Do whole abdomen USG scan
