What Causes Extreme Pain On The Left Side Of My Lower Abdomen?
i am having extreme pain on my left side of my lower abdomen. it has been a level 2 for the past 2 weeks and now I want to say its a 10. I am a woman and am familiar with UTI,s and there are no symptoms of that. Someone mentioned maybe a polyp or cyst in my ovaries?

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
