What Causes Extreme Rise In Body Temperature Along With Fatigue?

I get overheated extremely quick & my face turns bright red & my energy drains quickly. I m anemic & have passed out several times & now get weekly transfusions of blood (can t remember the exact name), but it s not helping. Fatigue doesn t seem to begin to explain it. My arms, legs & face swell & are very painful, but no one can figure out what s causing everything. Thoughts?

I really appreciate your concern, if these are the symptoms you have then it may needs several investigations, then and then case will be diagnosed if it is the pathology of some kind, you have not mentioned your age and gender here else something specific could be thought hope this information helps.
