What Causes Extreme Sensitive Behavior When Blood Sugar Is Low?
Lately during and intense work out I get feeling not so good and I have always worked out and trained with weights. As well I have become super sensitive to what seems to be low blood sugar . I almost go into a panic attack if i get too hungry. I get hungry instantly . I am 53 female and used to not be so sensitive
1. The symptoms mentioned by you should first be evaluated for blood sugar, thyroid level and for gastric ulcer since these are associated with "feeling of hunger" now and then.
2. It could be due to intense work out (fatigue) so Regular exercise with regularising working hours and sleep could help in such situation, if no relief then one has to look for common causes like:
. Auscultation heart for valve lesion . Hb% for anemia . Blood sugar: fasting & PP for diabetes . X-ray chest for TB . Serum T3, T4 & TSH
