Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My left hand is extremely sensitive to cold water and is painful when I use it for simple tasks such as using a towel to dry off. The pain and sensitivity is in the skin, not the joints. This happened once before when I was using a beta alinine supplement but I am not using that anymore. I was driving a lot this weekend when I noticed it. Wondering if it could be just a circulation issue or maybe something worse.
