What Causes Extreme Soreness In Upper Legs And Hips?

upper legs and hips very sore after a nights sleep and after sitting. I cannot sleep on my side for any long periods. I have to keep turning from side to side during the night. This has been going for about a year. I quite smoking about a year ago and started using E- cigs. I am 69 years old and not over weight and still very active.

At your age such pain needs thorough examination by a doctor. So consult your GP so that he can rule out and find exact problem. Meanwhile you can take tablet nuberol forte 1xPO × BD.
