What Causes Extreme Stomach Ache After Eating?

(I have extreme pain starting in my stomach one hour after eating then travels to my colon area. after much discomfort I then have the diarrhea which will last about three or four hours After the diarrhea, I am back to normal without pain. I can go along for two weeks and be normal Then all of sudden the problem is back
