What Causes Extreme Sweating At Night After Taking Antibiotics?

I was treated for typhoid and completed six days antibiotic course but during night I still have sweating at times normal and sometmes excessive. ,Is it related to the type of intake of food, because if I take light food there is no sweating but if there is heavy food intake at night then sweating occurs.my fever ranges between 96.5 to 97.5. Please guide me.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

If this is just sweating condition and no other clinical symptoms are there then it is nothing to worry, it is the physiological condition if you are overweight then it may be the cause else it is nothing to worry, just for safe side cardio-pulmonary evaluation can be thought or it may be done on a routine basis, change the diet, have more leafy green vegetables.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
