What Causes Extreme Tiredness After Alcohol Intake?
I had about two glasses of wine and then a beer this morning without anything to eat and when I got home I felt extremely tired and begin hyperventilating I ve felt awful for about two hours now and I m just now starting to feel better what is happening to me
Hi, i do care for your concern. alcohol causes dehydration and this results in acidosis, which will eventually result in hyper ventilation. this drug also cause hypoglycemia and will result in tiredness and in extreme stages, confusion occurs. this is a normal outcome of alcohol. need not panic, have plenty if water and adequate food, it is advisable to have control or abstain from alcohol.
