What Causes Extreme Weakness And Dark Under-eye Circles?

Doctor I m getting weaker and weaker day by day.. my dark circles are getting darker and darker and I m getting so weak.. every one ask me so much that what is the reason but I also don t know.. please help me I m 18 years old girl but if you compare me with a healthy girl I look like 12 I don t know what to do.. please help me... What should I do.. and I m not able to pay.. your fee too
