What Causes Extremely Elevated BP Levels With Right-sided Chest Pain?
yes, i was released from hospital late Tuesday afternoon for Chest Pain, they found my blood pressure to be 217/97, it took them all day Monday to get my pressure down. i took my pressure and it was at 195/87 i hr ago. but i now have a severe pain on my right upper side. and im feeling ill
Your systolic pressure is still very elevated, and I advise you to immediately visit ER. You have not provided proper history in the question, but going by it, your this high level of BP can be due to Atherosclerosis or CHD.
With such a high BP, its quite possible to have a pain on any side of the chest.
I advise you to immediately visit a hospital. If you are not taking any other medications, in our OPD setups, we advise patients to take Tab Telmisartan 40mg and wait for 30 mins-2 hrs for BP to come down, take Tab Fenvolk MR for pain relief along with Volini Gel/spray.
Please note prescription drugs should be taken only on the advice of an RMP. Each illness has a different pathway of reaching to suitable drug, which only an expert physician has knowledge of. Self treatment can be dangerous. Always take expert help when in need. Please consider your allergies before taking any drug.
Thanks
