What Causes Eye Infection, Headache And Fever?
I have an eye infection and am using antibiotic drops for it. I have also had headaches, achy body and fever with this, 3 days now. The fever is coming and going. Had diarhea too but that has gone. My eye is improving but nothing else is. Does this sound viral or could I need an anti biotic?

it can be common cold a viral infection. it is self limiting and gradually improving. no need of any antibiotic.
