What Causes Eye Twitching Along With Fast Heart Rate And Ringing In Ears?

Hi I have been having very strange eye problems lately , my right eye constantly twitches or spasms , it tends to happen after my hearts pumping fast . I also see these dark waves of light when I look up, also in my right eye. I have a history of migraines and the pain is usually behind my eyes. Also I get very loud ringing in my ears but mostly my right ear lately. What can be causing this?

Hii. The eye problems, fast pumping heart, ringing sensation in ears are all due to your migraine problem. Migraine usually has a set of symptoms called aura of migraine. this aura of symptoms include sensitivity to light, smell and sound. Eye twitchings, waves of light in front of eyes are due to sensitivity to light.
Ringing sensation in ears, what we usually call tinnitus is also due to neurological involvement which occurs in migraine.i would suggest you to stay away from bright lights and loud sounds which might trigger your symptoms and also consult a neurophysician to get treatment for migraine. hope my answer helped you. thank you.
