What Causes Eye Twitching Post Antibiotic Treatment For Tooth Infection?

I had an bacterial infection in my tooth (lower right) and I had twitching eye on the same side, very annoying! It was swollen a bit and very painful. I used 2 types of antibiotic till the pain was gone. Now, after almost one year my eye is twitching and I don't have any pain in my tooth , it just feels a bit uncomfortable to chew with it. Do you think the infection might be back? BTW, antibiotics really affected my stomach and my whole body last time. Thanks for your comments :)

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The twitching cannot be because of the antibiotics, It can be secondary to exposure to cold or secondary to infection. Consult a oral physician and get a radiograph done to confirm the infection in the root tip. If there is still infection in the tooth then the tooth has to be treated.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
