What Causes Eyelid Twitching?

My 7 year old has a blocked tear duct in her right eye, we haven't had any problems with it for a few years. now suddenly she is twitching her eye alot and rubbing it, she says it's wattery but doesn't hur, it looks dry to me. Now under her eye is starting to look like a black eye and she is constantly rubbing her nose and has a rash developing around her nostrils... could this be allergy related?

eye lid twitching is blepharo spasm. it is a ticks. some time it is related to anxiety, so you may try to reduce anxiety. yoga and meditations supposed to reduce it. other wise twill go by it self.
