This cream contain hydroquinone , tretinoin and steroid ,so first of all this cream should be used only with the prescription of doctor . Secondly this cream should not be used more the 1-2 month . The symptoms you mention in query are occurring due to its ingredients specially due to steroid. The condition is known as steroid abuse . I would suggest you to immediately stop using this cream . Use KOJIC acid cream which is natural extract of mushroom and very safe for long term use , apply it twice a day. Also apply aloe vera gel at night , eat fresh fruit and green leafy vegetables . Take antihistamine drug like benadryl for burning eyes and other withdrawal symptoms . If you still counter any problem related to its withdrawal of condition doesn t improve in month then consult dermatologist .
