sir i have a question regard my body . my face is becoming dark,dull and pimple where comming day by day so i hope its due to the bad bacteria in my gut and somting i feel dizzy so i want to kill the bad bacteria and want to have good immune system so that my face is glow again please suggest me good probiotic that help to kill bad bacteria and glow my face again

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, there are various reasons for skin darkening with pimples over face as:
- Propionibacterium infection
- Hyperactivity of sebum glands
- Over stress and anxiety
- Hormone imbalance issues
- Intake of anabolic steroids
- Endocrinopathies of hypothalamus pitutary axis
- Polycystic ovarian syndrome
- Excess smoking

However, individual case is different and you must get a consultation with your primary care for the diagnosis and cure accordingly.
