As per your complain it seems that you have started experiencing side effects of Skinlite cares that is a Steroid based ointment and long term use of Steroid ointment can have deleterious effects on skin like skin thinning, inflammation, redness, pimples and increased hair growth on face.. Redness after bath is due to inflammation of skin.. I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical examination and treatment you accordingly.. You can be advised to taper down the use of skin.lite cream rather than stopping to use at once to prevent side effects.. Gradually the skin will start improving.. You can also be advised other safer depigmentation creams to those containing Kojic Acid, Vitamin E and C, arbutin.. Glycolic acid containing creams are also useful.. Exfoliate your skin twice a week.. Avoid excessive sun exposure especially during this time to avoid darkening of skin due to Photosensitivity.. Drink plenty of water and take a Nutritious diet..
