Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had a situation about 7 years ago where I passed out and before passing out I smelled Ammonia. Since then periodically I suffer bouts of lighted headedness/dizziness as if I am going to pass out but don t and these episodes are not accompanied with any particular smell. I am concerned as to what this could be.
dear The smell of ammonia must have been temporary at that moment of time.If such episodes of light headedness is being repeated now also I would advise to please get a general health check up done with the routine investigations. Please feel free as maximally I can say that you are perfectly normal, just have a little investigation being done and all the vitals being normal. i would also suggest to not to keep any preoccupied thoughts in your mind regarding the same. Hope this helps Mist welcome for further queries
