What Causes Fainting Along With Dizziness?
I had a situation about 7 years ago where I passed out and before passing out I smelled Ammonia. Since then periodically I suffer bouts of lighted headedness/dizziness as if I am going to pass out but don t and these episodes are not accompanied with any particular smell. I am concerned as to what this could be.

The smell of ammonia must have been temporary at that moment of time.If such episodes of light headedness is being repeated now also I would advise to please get a general health check up done with the routine investigations.
Please feel free as maximally I can say that you are perfectly normal,just have a little investigation being done and all the vitals being normal.
i would also suggest to not to keep any preoccupied thoughts in your mind regarding the same.
