What Causes Fainting And Excessive Sweating While On Heart Medication?

my spouse woke up this morning went into restroom and passed out, he is borderline diabetic, and takes heart meds and blood preasure meds daily, about 2 oclock today, blood preasure was down to 66 over 46, then 30 minutes later it was 95 over 62, pulse was 68. he was covered in moisture from sweating
