What Causes Fainting And Vomiting After Consuming Alcohol?

My husband took serapeptase in the morning, then had a few drinks that night. He had to be taken home and passed out in the bathroom puking. Is this a normal reaction? It s his second day taking it. I have lymes and am afraid to take this, and am new concerned he got it from me since it s now proven to be sexually contracted according to R Stricker s studies. So it s either a reaction with alcohol or he is sick from something else he didn t know about. : ( Thanks!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Lyme disease is an infectious disease caused by a tick bite and not transmitted sexually. The symptoms your husband had are likely due to excess alcohol intake.

I would suggest him not to consume alcohol while on any type of medicine. For doubts, you can consult your doctor if he shows symptoms of Lyme disease if he had any.

The lyme disease is treatable with appropriate medicines prescribed by a doctor so, if you or your husband have it then get treatment for the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
