What Causes Fainting Feeling, Dizziness, Terrible Negative Thoughts And Pulsating Headache?

I have been on endone for just over a week due to a reaccuring back issue (compression fratcures in lower back 2 years ago). I have finished the medication and now am having terrible symptoms-faintness, dizyness, terrible negative thoughts and a pulsating headache. Is this normal after not taking endone? Will it end soon? Thanks
