What Causes Fainting Followed By Pain Behind The Head?

My friend was sitting up in bed and all the sudden she fell forward and blacked out. She only blacked out for a second but then she said that the back of her head hurt. She didn t hit it or anything but she did get a concussion about a month ago. Should I be worried? She seems sort of groggy now.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be either TIA or Hysteria for differentiation it may needs CT brain, just wait for some time if it happens again or not, you have not mentioned the age else it would have given some clue hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
