About a year ago my friend passed away and as I got informed about it, suddenly I got unconscious. Few hours later I wokeup in a hospital having a very bad headache overall especially behind my left eye. Then some bruises start to appear on my forehead and my neck. quickly I got an injection on my head and I was told that I might get more bruises even on my face which I did. Since then, most of the time I have a really annoying headaches and even sometimes I have nosebleeding ( especially at night while sleeping) which I never had before. Is there any way to get rid of these headaches? a surgery or any type of treatment? Many thanks in advance.
