General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Fainting sensation and clogged ears may occur due to injury or trauma to the ear. It can range from minor to severe. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT. You may need to go through few Blood tests, Audiology & Imaging tests.

Your treatment (by pain relievers and antibiotics or surgery to repair the rupture) will depend on the clinical conditions and reports of the investigations obtained.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
