What Causes Fainting Spell Followed By Severe Upper Back Pain?
About a week ago, I passed out in my apt . When I came to I had wet my pants and I had this horrific upper back pain. Went to ER and really didn t get any answers. Would you know why this may have happened? I didn t hit ant thing went I passed out. I m 49 years old.8

In regards to your pain at the upper back I will suggest from my opinion you have a cervical spondylitis please do a cervical x-ray Meanwhile take Tablet nurofen Tablet cerebrex Tablet Athrotec Capsules multivitamin Apply topical neurogesic cream I hope this helps see a physician with the test result
