Very high white blood cells count , either leukemia or leukemoid reaction(in few infections). These conditions are associated with hyper viscosity syndrome due to excess amount of cells, fibrin makes blood sticky or inflammatory mediators.
Viscous blood causes sluggish blood flow to organs, like to brain causing fainting spells and to eye blurring of vision and all other symptoms.
Your primary treatment should be for high white blood cell count. Kindly consult and get treated.
