What Causes Fainting While Having Nerve Damage, Fibromyalgia And Diabetes?

Hi, my mother has nerve damage.. Fibromyalgia and recently had vascular surgery within the last 12 months... She is 56 years old and today she fainted, blacked out... Her legs gave out from her and I caught her! She is prescribed lyrica, and blood pressure meds and is a diabetic... She won t go to the hospital... I m really concerned... She fainted at 11am and has been dizzy all day.. Any ideas as to the seriousness of weather I should drag her to hospital or not?
